THE PROBLEM

We are relying on staff members to protect our children, but we are failing to equip them for the fight. Due to budget constraints, armed school guardians often receive minimal tactical training. Without access to continuous, professional-grade instruction, these well-intentioned public servants are tasked with flipping the switch from being a librarian recommending books to a sixth grader in one minute to hunting an armed assailant in the next.

THE SOLUTION

We bridge the gap between mandate and capability. By deploying Tier-One veterans with Veteran Law Enforcement instructors to build a curriculum and mobile training kits that are then applied directly to schools. We provide elite-level Close Quarters Battle (CQB) instruction at a fraction of the commercial cost.

Our tiered curriculum and digital learning hub ensure that training is not a one-time event, but a continuous evolution—turning everyday educators into professional protectors.

2. The Method: Instilling the Warrior Mindset

  • We move guardians through a standardized “Crawl-Walk-Run” framework. Starting with introduction (Skill Level 0), students progress through Basic to Advanced CQB. Guardians learn to “Locate, Isolate, Contain, and Eliminate” threats with a crucial warrior mindset.

3. The Anchor

Training is worthless if it is forgotten. We ensure readiness is a constant state, not a one-time event.

  • Digital Learning Hub: We produce videos directly from the training to allow students to review drills and techniques long after the instructors leave.

  • Content Flywheel:  Through our public resource hub, we publish podcasts, research briefs, and ongoing education to ensure skills do not perish and that ISD governance is understood.
